After 14 years in public office, voting to raise property taxes every year, Lyndhurst Mayor Giangeruso has let unelected appointees raise local spending and taxes without questioning them, while he and his colleagues on the Board of Commissioners use those increased tax dollars to hire and promote their friends and relatives working for the municipal government and the Lyndhurst Public Schools.
