On August 8, 2018, Sheriff Officer Anthony DiMaggio (in the park with his mother) called in an anonymous call to Lyndhurst Police and said the two were unknown “suspicious persons” who were handing out “hate flyers” (which were the same cards with hearts) asking Lyndhurst Police to dispatch officers to deal with the young men.

Sheriff Officer Anthony “Tony” DiMaggio calls in false report to LPD on August 8, 2018 about same young men, claiming they were suspicious and distributing “hate flyers”.
On August 23, 2018, again the LPD is called to assist the DiMaggios in conflict with a young man distributing the same cards with hearts and the Lyndhurst07071.com website address in Town Hall Park.
