After their FAILED pay plan, Giangeruso, DiMaggio and Jarvis want your vote for BOE on November 5!

When their quiet massive increases in proposed government raises was publicly exposed last week, Lyndhurst’s Mayor and the Board of Commissioners had to abandon their underhanded attempt to increase a select 13 township employees’ pay, from 11%-23%.

GOING IN REVERSE WITH VENDOLA?

But this week, Giangeruso, DiMaggio and Jarvis want us to forget all about their failed pay raise scheme for friends and family hired in town government.

Now, Mayor Bobby Giangeruso and Commissioner Tommy DiMaggio and Commissioner Richard Jarvis want your vote on November 5 to return Steve Vendola to the Lyndhurst School Board.

Steve Vendola, aka “The King of Nepotism”, is running to return to the BOE yet again, to make it 13 years for Vendola on the Lyndhurst BOE.

BOE Trustee Vendola (above) has not one, but four family members on the Lyndhurst School payroll (his wife, sister and two daughters). This while Vendola simply sits on the BOE, often blocked from voting due his family’s employment by the BOE being a Conflict of Interest.

Even if he wanted to be, Vendola is legally barred from being an 100% effective BOE member. So, why is Vendola running? I believe to protect his family, not yours.

Giangeruso, DiMaggio and Jarvis obviously are OK with nepotism, but should they really ignore Vendola’s inability to vote on important issues too? They don’t seem to care. Giangeruso, DiMaggio and Jarvis are all in for Vendola, no matter what.

It’s about them and their families. Vendola signs tell the story…

At Mayor Bobby Giangeruso’s house (above), he has 3 lawn signs for Steve Vendola for Lyndhurst BOE. Vendola was on the BOE when they promoted the Mayor’s son from a Lyndhurst teacher to a Lyndhurst school Principal.

At Commissioner Tommy DiMaggio’s house (above), he has 2 lawn signs for Steve Vendola for Lyndhurst BOE. Vendola was on the BOE when they made DiMaggio’s daughter a Lyndhurst teacher (Alternate Route, no teaching certificate required).

At Commissioner Richard Jarvis’s house (above), he has just 1 lawn sign for Steve Vendola for Lyndhurst BOE. Jarvis is a NO-BID private contractor as a plumber for the Lyndhurst BOE, where Jarvis has made tens of thousands of dollars from Lyndhurst Schools. Commissioner Jarvis’ wife was also slated for a massive 16.4% annual pay increase last month, as the Mayor’s Assistant, before they were caught.

…Meanwhile, Vendola’s BOE opponent, Anthony Dell ‘Aquila, posted a campaign video on YouTube against BOE nepotism.

Check out Dell ‘Aquila’s video below:
